Tip #1 : There is free photo editing software available on the 'tinterweb' which you can use to remove the backgrounds from your photos. It's personal preference, but I think it makes your projects pop off the screen. If you do remove the backgrounds from your photos, the images do seem to look better if your blog has a white background.
Tip #2 : Don't attempt to blow the single grain of excess glitter remaining on your card before you've put the rest of the glitter away, otherwise you get a glitter shower over the rest of your desk!!!
(Oh, OK, it's just me that did that, huh!)

Tip: When you are making a "hillbilly" card currogated cardboard and some clouds, grass and fence would make a lovely scene to it.

Tip - if there is a lot of white around the image add interest by stamping a simple pattern and chalking to add colour.

Tip 1: To create faux porcelain, paint your image with white acrylic and then apply glossy accents for a textured shiny finish, as seen here on this lovely throne. ;)
Tip 2: Gather familiar elements together that support the image. This card uses newspaper articles, crossword puzzles and strips of toilet paper.

Tip - a great way to add texture for animal fur is to stipple a darker color of ink over the area. you can even add a light coat of stippled white or ivory ink over the top once that is done. this helps give added dimension to the animal's fur.
Tip: Use a fun foam mat for stamping. Sometimes your table surface doesn't give the stamp enough "cushion" to give you a good image.

We can't wait to see what creative ideas you'll submit for this one!
It's over to you now and thank you so much for joining us at Top Tip Tuesday.
